When you fill in the form on the "Build your design" page, we collect: name, email address, phone number, delivery address (for calculating shipping and later delivery), and the specifications of your design.
What is the data used for?
We use the data to process your request and confirm the details of your order, communicate with you throughout the process from design to finished product, and deliver the goods.
Third parties and sharing of information
To deliver our service we use the following partners: production partner and carrier – since the products are made and shipped directly from our partner in Italy, we share the necessary information (name, address and phone number) with them. As Minkeramikk.no is the responsible importer of the shipment, your data will also be used in customs documentation to ensure correct customs clearance into Norway, so that you as a customer avoid extra import costs.
Storage and security
We store your data for as long as necessary to complete the order and comply with legal requirements (such as bookkeeping). We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
